These Terms of Service govern your use of the MerchantResolve dispute resolution platform. By submitting a case, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Purpose

MerchantResolve is an independent dispute resolution service. We facilitate communication between customers and merchants to reach amicable resolutions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not a financial institution, bank, or payment processor.

2. User Obligations

By submitting a case, you confirm that: all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge; you are the authorized holder of the payment method referenced; you will not submit duplicate or fraudulent cases; you will respond to our communications in a timely manner.

3. Limitation of Liability

MerchantResolve acts as a facilitator only. We make no warranty that a dispute will be resolved in your favor. We are not liable for merchant decisions, delays caused by third parties, or outcomes beyond our direct control. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Fraudulent Claims

Submitting false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in your case being closed, your access to the platform being restricted, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
